I think I got the issue resolved. If anyone else has this problem, download and install the Access Conduit Manager here: http://www.palmsource.ca/developers/...ler/index.html. I'll let you know if anything changes...![]()
I'm really frustrated and need some help, guys. I had been running into problems with MANY resets and the inability to even utilize some programs...so...I decided to do a full hard reset and re-install. I attempted to just re-install via the original hotsync install...this created EVEN MORE instability and NUMEROUS soft resets. So...I decided to uninstall all Palm software from my computer and then re-install. I've done that and now it won't hotsync. It states that it can't find the file:
C:PROGRA~1\Palm\PACKAG~1\NPInstal.dll.
What can I do? I am at my limit here...

I suffered that problem and had to copy the file from another computer. It is created during the desktop installation.
