I am in a personal debate. I use a Treo 700p. And I love it. It has never failed. I'd like to add a GPS solution to my unit. What to do...what to do...
Spend $199 for Garmin's mobile solution, with a wearable-on-the-hip (or mounts to dash) GPS receiver?
Spend $299 for TomTom's mobile solution, with a larger GPS receiver?
Each price is all-inclusive. That means, they each include a GPS receiver, power supply, manuals, SD Card(s), and the street-surfing software for the Treo.
Anyone have any experience with either platform?
I noticed Garmin's prices on eBay around $119, thereby tempting me in that direction...
Sound off, oh ye valiant and dedicated ETers! Let the forums ring with your sound advice!
*ahem*...yes, it's a late night for me, too.
Cheers! Rick
