help- 700p treo calendar problem-

So out of the blue, my caledar is fighting with me.. The problem is that I will write in a client that I am going to see at 9:00 am for example. Then next to that persons name it will say "(9:00 am PST)" and then it will bump it up to the 10:00 am slot in the calendar too. When I try to click on the 10:00 am time and put it back to 9:00 am it shows me that it is already set for 9:00 am.. I believe that whatever is causing the "(9:00 am PST)" thing to occur will fix this.. It is happening to every entry on my calendar.. I did a hard reset, and synched from my desktop to handheld but that didn't fix it. Help please.
