HELP! i need some help with Mundu IM - Treo Forums

Here's the problem, when im on Mundu not doing anyhting els it always logs off of both the program and my broadband acces becuse when i go back into Mundu it always has to re-conect to my broadband acces ( i already chaged it to connect to my broadband when i turn on the phone) so any suggestions or maybe a different program that might work better?

There is a preference setting with release 3 for background operation. As a note, all IM applications loose connection on occasion - it is the nature of the beast.

I know that it should loose the connection but im talking like 3-4 times a day not like every week or so, and i have done all i could through the program to get it to stay loged on but still no dice

The problem you are having is not uncommon at all. It is the nature of the beast. In the old days a "persistent connection" setting was often available; however, that setting lead to the "Early Dead Battery Disease," often known as EDBD and has been removed from most if not all applications. Chatter use to have that setting and it was great, but the battery never lived.
