i have never been able to sync my calendar and contacts. i am now actively using both and today. sprint did a hard reset on the phone. how do i prevent loosing valuable information in the future.:embarassed:

Are the conduits enabled and set to something like "sync" the files? or if the calendar and contacts are great on the device, then set the conduit to "device over writes desktop." You just gotta make sure though that the hot sync manager is loaded and the conduits are set.
