Help! Restoring Data

I performed a hard reset on my phone and the data on my SD card got wiped out. I thought things on the card are not affected by doing a hard reset on the handheld because it was separate from it. Does anyone know how I can retrieve the data from the application I have stored on my SD card??

A hard reset normally does not affect the card. Anyway, the data is probably still there and can often be recovered. The application I have used in the past: http://www.winundelete.com/?rid=google&kid=wu0801.
