Help! with mini SD card on 700p - Treo Forums

Hi everyone,
My 700p would not recognize any info on my SD card. I have a 'Ultra sandisk II' card. It works just fine on my old 700w that I gave up for the 700p.
It says that the media on the card is not readable or crypted.
I have formated the card on the 700p and tried to txfr. some pics from my mac to the card, but the 700p does not 'see' it.
Hoewever, if I take pic. using the camera and txfr. that to the SD card it can read that??
Any help would be great!

Hi Whoster,
its a 1gig. card.
and CVOS,
its Sprint.

just wondering, i got a SD card... and i just put it in my reader and i can access the songs.... was i supposed to format it? or did it come pre formated?

I have a Sandisk card in my 700P and once in a while it just does not read. Taking it out and re-inserting it has solved the problem for a while. This happens at least once a day.

Formatting the card on the Treo is the best way to go. People who formatted on the PC or used the pre-format have run into some problems down the road.
