Hotsync does not backup pictures and videos

Ever since I upgraded from Treo 650p to Treo 700p, Hotsync has not backed up any of my pictures or videos. I've tried looking for some type of setting to fix this, but can't find it neither on the phone nor in the Palm Desktop application. I also can't find anything relevant online that deals with this problem which leads me to believe it's something on my end.

Can someone please let me know if this is a known problem and whether there is anything I can do to fix it? BTW, the phone has been hard-reset once before, and even after the reset it has not backed up any of the pictures.

I trust you have gone into the Hotsync Custom screen and checked the settings of "Media" conduit.

If not, you can get into the hotsync Custom screen by right clicking on the Hotsync icon in the tray on the right of the task bar on your PC, then choose Custom then choose Media.
