Hotsync with Bluetooth - Treo Forums

Can anyone help me with a problem hotsyncing with BT. I was able to sync with BT on the 650 but I have never been able to do so on the 700p. I do not have trouble using BT as a modem. Each time I try to sync, I get the message that the com port in in use. I have tried adding additional ports and turning off all items that use the ports but the message persists.

Haven't spent much time troubleshooting it.

Was able to BT synch with a T5 on the same PC.

I sync my 700P with a Motorola Blue Tooth adapter. Once in a while it says port is busy but the second try usually works. On rare occasions I have to reboot the PC to get it to synce with BT.

Thanks. When I had the 650, your procedure worked. With the 700p it does not work for me.
