 |  Hello, I believe all you have to do is take the battery out and press and hold the Power/End button while putting the battery back in. When you see the Access screen appear, release the button. | The 700p does not require removal of the battery. With one finger on the power button, execute a reset by pressing the reset button with the stylus. When the reboot screen shows, release the power button and take a look-see at the screen. The screen, if it is in a good mood, will show Yes in red letters and say, "Erase all data?" and if it says that, then just press the up button of the 5-way key to execute a hard reset.
