 |  How do I retrieve lost data? I've lost my address, memos, to do, but not my calender on both my Treo 600 and my laptop. I backed up of the entire c:/Palm directory onto an external hard drive and have now copied the directory back onto my laptop. But I'm still not seeing the data when I run Palm Desktop. | Double check the location where the desktop is looking for the data files. On the desktop, go to the Tools, options screen and look at the location of "Data Directory." If that is not the directory that you have backups of, you might be out of luck. |
