Improve 700p camera? - Treo Forums

I've noticed (and read reviews) that the 700p camera is REALLY dim - the photos aren't nearly as nice as the ones taken by the 650, yet it's the same basic hardware! Is there a program or app that can adjust the light settings so the camera is useful again for indoors/low-light photos?

ive also noticed that the camera is not as good as the one in the 650s.

It really is a lighting thing, The better the light, the better the picture. Ben

I have to disagree. One of my best friends has the 650, and side by side in equal light his takes FAR better, brighter photos than my 700p does. And every review I've seen for the 700p refers to the fact that the camera takes dim photos.

Since they're the same basic hardware though I have to wonder if there's a way to 'tweak' the camera through some app or other software so it equals the 650.
