Memory Card - different than 650's? - Treo Forums

I'm looking through Verizon's Web site this morning and noticed something that I'd love to confirm here. Is it true that the 700p cannot use the same SD memory card that we have in our 650's?

I'm using an SD card in my 650. The 700p uses "miniSD" cards?

That's not correct. The 700p uses the same SD cards as the 650 did. In fact, I started out with the one from my 650 in my 700p.

Okay, thanks bud...glad to hear it.

Kind of sad that Verizon's Web site would push 700p shoppers to MiniSD cards in their Accessories section.

I don't remember seeing ".1 megapixel camera" on the Verizon Web site; so, I guess they fixed it. Thanks for calling it in.

I'd be ticked if I ended up buying a miniSD card that ended up not working on my phone. I'll try to email customer service at Verizon today.
