Need Help

Alright everyone I have a 700p from sprint and I am having problems. When I download programs that are zipped it only gives me the option to download it to the card. First let me say that I have HandyZipper downloaded to my card. When I download a program it says "this device does not support the software" and forces me to download it to the card and after I download it it says to access the program go to "palm /blazer/applications" I feel stupid but I have no idea what that means I have no idea what "palm" is I am used to windows mobile so this is all pretty new to me. Benjie was helping me which I greatly appreciate his help I just figured the more minds the better thank you for all your help

Zip files are not supported by Palm, hence it has to go to the card and the destination folder is /Palm/Blazer/Download. You gotta direct HandyZipper to the download folder in order to open and unzip the zip file. I have no experience with that specific program, as I use LightNZip. LightNZip has the ability to search the card for zip files. Anyway, once unzipped, you can move the files to the main device memory or the /Palm/Launcher folder.
