Default need to access 2 (or more) email accounts

Greeting all: A newbie type question.

I'm a new 700p owner on the Verizon network with unlimited data plan.

I have more than one pop3 based email accounts that I'd like to setup and configure on the 700p

Question: Can one email program handle two accounts at the same time or do I need to install two separate email programs that will store information for each specific email account ?

Based on this need, can someone kindly recommend a robust email software. Freeware or premium type that I can buy.

Regards,
Gadgetzilla

The two big players are Snapper and Chatter. Either can handle multiple accounts. You can download a free trial of both of them in the Everything Treo store. I'd give you direct links, but I'm posting from my Treo.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I've opted to use Chattermail. In researching and reading, seems chattermail is able to access and update emails in the background. A Big PLUS.

I have it configured and it seems to be working fine. I'm able to see 14 days worth email using it as well as I can send replies back. The mailbox I have it configured with is SSL, it works fine there too.

.....Just wondering how come the setup doesn't ask me to define my 'sent' box from my email and why doesn't it sync that up too ? It would be great to review the recently sent emails. For example, if I have an email I replied to from my desktop, it should appear in a 'sent' box on the Treo. Seems that the only 'sent' box is 'local' and it only stores what I create on my treo to send out. That email also gets sync'd with my 'sent' box on the server.

Thanks,
Gadgetzilla

Thanks
