Default New 700P Calendar Problem

Hello all - I'm a new member and I looking for some help. I just received my new 700P and completed my first HotSync but I can not access my calander on the handheld. I get a Launcher Error - "The application cannot be launched because it is missing localization information." Everything is fine on the desktop and on the App Info screen there is 618K and 5874 records in Calander-PDat v.12.0. How do I solve my problem?
I've enjoyed reading about everyone else's problems, fixes and opinions and now I lookin for some help - Thanks

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I have the same problem with the 700P I just bought used. I called Palm support & they want $25.00 to look at my problem with no guarantee they will fix it, plus the tech support people are in India and are hard to understand.
Thanks.

A hard reset doesn't help?

A hard reset solves the problem. If one Googles the problem, the answer is there. Ben
