| New to Treo - Bluetooth question Hi - I am new to owning a Treo so please excuse me if this question is answered elsewhere. Last night I tried to send a contact from my phone to a friends phone via Bluetooth. Her phone kept asking her for my phones "code". How do I know what my phones code is so that I can send contacts to other phones via Bluetooth?
Thanks |

| Try 0000. I think that will do you.

| The phones have to be paired as "trusted" devices. The same code must be used on both devices. 0000 is very common. I have a wild one that I use between my laptop and Treo 700p - 8764 and it works.

| I tried 0000 Hi
Thank you for your prompt answers! I tried 0000 I also tried the last four digits of my phone number. Neither worked. Do you know where this is set on the Treo so I can reset it or see what it's currently set to?
Thanks |

| Like Ben said above, the same code must be entered on both phones. What's your friend's code? If it's something other than 0000 or your phone #, that's probably what you're looking for.
