Palm Desktop for contacts, Outlook for everything else?

Hi All,

New 700p owner here, and i love it!

What i've been trying (and searching on here) to do is use outlook for calendar/notes/etc etc and palm desktop for contacts (that i plan to call- outlook has too many that'll just take up space)

I see an option to sync up to palm desktop, but then it says i have to change all sync settings to palm...

is there a way to use palm desktop to manage/sync contacts, and outlook for everything else?

Hello mohan,

This is Kevin from Palm Inc. It should be possible, but it requires a more sophisticated third-party solution. The Palm Knowledge Library article Switching between Outlook and Palm Desktop synchronization suggests Intellisync Handheld Edition, but you would need to check on that. There may be other third-party solutions of which others here could recommend, as well.
