Default Palm Tech Support

I have a 700p I do not use anymore because of BT flaws ands resetting all the time. It took calls to Apple, Sprint & Palm to get the Palm Destop removed from my Mac Mini. Palm's support I was on the phone for over 20 mniutes with no person contact. I hunk up and contacted their HQ and asked for a faster contact after three calls was able to get a person on the phone from India (per his accent) and I could not believe the hassle it was just to remove Palm Destop from a computer.

I will no purchase anymore Treo brand phones from any cell provider.

On the reset, did it do it out of the box or with software installed?

Palm asked me to do a hard reset that - they stated it will fix the BT issue. I hard reset it and then it just starting rebooting to the Access Power view.
