    Default Problem with used Treo 700p

    I just bought a used Treo 700. It worked fine when I got it but when I took the battery out to get the serial numbers so I can activate it, it is now acting up! The screen comes up with "Access Powered". None of the buttons work. It won't even shut off. I've tried both hard and soft resets... nothing! The only thing I can think of is... when I was taking the battery out, I tried to take it out from the top not realizing that it comes out from the side I don't know if I bent something??? Did I ruin my new Treo? Do you think if I got a new battery then it will work? Has anyone else had this problem??

    I took it into Verizon and one of the techs there messed around with it and got it working again!! Yea!! She said it was just a glitch. She is my new best friend.
