 |  Question about 700p as modem Hey, I am sitting at work and im bored. So I looked at my 700p and my HP laptop and figure lets give this a try.... I have my usb cable for the phone but not my verizon disks....so if I need something on those disks I may be screwed unless there is a download point for the files I need. I read thru the forums and it says the phone can be used as a modem but not really how to make it work. So if you can help that would be great. I have plugged in the USB cable and connected the phone. I get a bubble on the laptop that states "found new hardware" 'MTP device'. I am on the unlimited plan and probably would never actually use the phone as a modem but like i said i am bored....... (boss is away)... Anyone know how to get it to connect as a modem? Thanks if you can help......
