QuickTime 7 on Windows 2000 Pro I took a short video of some minor flooding in one of our fields of Japanese maples (in Oregon) on my Treo 700p. When I tried to play it on my desktop computer I received a message that I had to download QuickTime 7. The Apple website said it was for Windows XP and Vista. Since I have Windows 2000 Professional I searched the Apple website and found a number of support documents that said QuickTime 7 supported Windows 2000 Pro. So I downloaded it. When I tried to install it I got a message that I have to be running XP or Vista.
So, does anyone know what I can use to view my Treo 700p videos if I am running Windows 2000 Professional? I don't understand why it wants a newer version (unless it is that I recently received a new, updated Treo 700p via an Assurion insurance claim) because I had no trouble viewing them in the past.
Thanks, as always, for your help. |
