Resets and freezing up is this normal?

just got my 700p and it resets itself and froze once. should exchange it for a new unit or is this normal? Third party app loaded is verichat.

I just found out from other forums that VIRICHAT doesnt work/unstable with 700p. Deleted the app and now its running smooth so far. I need a stable aim app, pls help.

I have found that I crash more often on my new 700p than I did on my old Tungsten C. Specifically, I consistently crash whenever I use the search function, regardless of which app it is looking through. Does anyone else have this problem?
