Restore deleted call logs

My Friend acidentally deleted my call logs and there were numbers that i did not save that i needed is there anyway to get them back from last hotsync or any other way?

Did you find an answer to your deleted cal logs? My treo went into an access powered loop and everything was wiped out. Does anyone know how to recover the information - contacts, text messages and call log?
