 |  Take it to the place you bought it. They should be able to run a diagonostic check on it. (well sprint stores claim they can). Either way if it is under warranty I would assume they will replace it for you. Something similar happend to a friend of mines after it got wet. He used his phone insurance to replace it. It was a very simple process for him. |

| Something's obviously messing with your settings. Is your ringer voume the only thing that's changed? Do you have any kind of ringtone app or profile mgr or something installed? Those would be the most likely things.

| I don't use mRing but it sounds like something in it is screwing up your sound prefs. I'd check it out the settings or, if that didn't work, try uninstalling, a soft reset, then reinstalling. Also, make sure you have the latest version, updated for the 700p.

| Check their website or email the developer. They're pretty good about emailing it if they forgot to put it on some sites.
