    Music or Audio Ringo issues

New to Palm, treo, technology, etc. Downloaded Ringo to my phone to use my songs on pocket tunes as ringtones, however, when at the default screen on ringo to change the ringtones, the dropdown menu does not give me the option to "select mp3 as ringtone". I get, "select tone", so I hit it anyway and it takes me to my music on my SD card. I tap the song I want and it will not select it as my ringtone, it diasappears and takes me back to my home/sd card/audio/ my music listing?? the only ones I can use are the already loaded ring tones. Have looked at the pdf guide at electronicpocket and palm websites. I have done everything they said. I even downloaded the mp3 upgrade, thinking maybe I accidentally didn't download ringo pro. alas, nothing. I have since emailed electronicpocket but as of yet have not heard anything. If able and willing, please help.
    Thanks-

Are the MP3s in the /AUDIO folder on the card?

Ok, you can download and install a simple but powerful file management program called FileZ and use it to look around the device and SD card. Noise files by default go in the /Audio folder on the SD card. See what is there.

The link for FileZ is http://tc.versiontracker.com/product...7/FileZ683.zip.

If it is in the correct format, then select the file to be played. If it is not in the correct format, which is normally MP3, then the file(s) will have to be converted to that format.
