Scanning Index Cards to read on Treo 700p. I am a Mac user.

I'm planning on buying a Treo 700p. Unlike most users, I intend to use it for studies. I read that the Treo is able to handle PDF files natively.

My question is: How can I scan my Index cards (containing my notes) so that they will all appear as one long PDF file (each index card as one page), so that with the flip of the main button, the next page will show, another flip and the following one appears etc.

I wanted to use Keynote, but the smallest resolution I can get for a keynote page is 800x600, whereas that for the Treo is 320x320. I want the image of the Index card to fill up the Treo's screen.
