Okay, I had a motorola Q (suked)
and just upgraded to a Treo 700p (MUUUUUCH better)


Okay, if i wanted to send data from my phone to my friends phone (in a different state), I opened up the SMS message program and sent it through that. Some files have crested 1MB easily.

With the treo there is no option for SMS, I kindof thought that it might all be intergrated, even though there is a seperate option for MMS. But no matter how I try to send a file, the phone will not let me send anything larger than 350KB.

I called my carrier (Verizon Wireless) and asked if there was a limit to how much Verizon will let me send, there is not.

I have the data plan on it. The person I am trying to send the file to has a Motorola Q that supports the function. But in mms or standard text it will not allow me to attach a file larger than 350KB.

Am I missing something ??
Please help !
