Hi:

M$ Works is a Windows desktop program and is not compatible with the Palm operating system.

I believe your 700p should have come with Documents To Go, which is fully capable of working with Excel and Word documents.

Is DTG installed on your Treo?

Steve is correct that the 700P comes with Document to Go installed on it and it is fully functional, though there are limitations in the application that are minor annoyances and sort of push one to going with an updated release. The package supports Word documents, Excel and something else. If you use it to any extent, you will want to up to V10 (num lock remains locked and other things) and it comes with support for MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and text documents. I use DTG daily, especially the Excel application and it interacts with the desktop Excel application (I use OpenOffice) very well - in fact, it is the only reason I have not put Excel on my laptop.
