Called Verizon Tech about the ringer files being choppy etc.... told me to do a soft reset... which I kind of laughed at... and then told me a better way to do it... Take the battery out.... push in the stylus for 5 full seconds and then replace the battery again.... he said it fully clears the ROM. Figured I would pass this along..... Hopefully it will help with the problems I was having.... time will tell.
