I also have found that upon a crash/restore the versamail connection can get corrupted and won't sync wirelessly to Outlook/Exchange. It will slow a SAMS error and say the server is to blame. But if you delete the account and re-create it it will usually be fixed (phone side), so i seriously doubt its a server issue. |
Sprint was not real helpful in the matter, and quite frankly im a little tired of dealing with it. I use my email frequently, and need to get messages as they come in, rather than every few hours, and it is frustrating when you dont know if you are getting all your messages!
