Default Syncing Problems

Im having troubles with syncing to my outlook. About 5 or 6 times a day, it alerts me of a new email, and i go to check it, and there is a red box at the bottom of the screen telling me "there was a problem syncing messages" and so I don't get the email that was supposed to be coming.
Never had this problem on my Q, and sprint tells me it is in the server, not the phone, any suggestions?

I experienced a similar issue with Versamail after the realtime PUSH update. I went back to the every 3 hour check and the problem went away. Not sure if that helps your case, but worth noting.

I also have found that upon a crash/restore the versamail connection can get corrupted and won't sync wirelessly to Outlook/Exchange. It will slow a SAMS error and say the server is to blame. But if you delete the account and re-create it it will usually be fixed (phone side), so i seriously doubt its a server issue.

Sprint was not real helpful in the matter, and quite frankly im a little tired of dealing with it. I use my email frequently, and need to get messages as they come in, rather than every few hours, and it is frustrating when you dont know if you are getting all your messages!

I've been having some problems synchronizing some of my contacts. I currently have Palm Desktop Version 4.2. Everything else seems to sync fine. Suggestions appreciated!
