Takephone Question - Treo Forums

I just installed Takephone... I love it but the one thing I noticed which is probably trivial is that it doesnt display if you have email on top of the screen like the stock dialer does... Is there a way to do this and if not anyone have any suggestions?

You should get an alert when you have new-email. That shows up in Takephone on my 650 (flashing asterisk).

Thanks for the fast reply... also I noticed that the other symbols are not avail using TakePhone (EVDO signal indicator, etc) do I just have to live with this for convience??

I think you're stuck with it, until the skin support is written in for those icons. You might want to submit a feature request to the developer. he's pretty responsive to e-mail, and also participates in a few Treo forums (unfortunately not this one).
