Treo 700p Case issue.

Folks:

I have a Palm Treo 700p and recently purchased a new leather Sena Case for it. It worked fine for about 45 minutes but then all of a sudden froze. Now it didn't freeze completely, only the center button inside the directional arrows works (all letters and numbers are not functional). But the weirdest thing is that when you take the case off, it work just fine. You don't have to restart it. All you have to do is take it out of the case and it goes back just to the way it was.

Another weird note: When you put the phone in it's case OFF, I repeat OFF, you can turn it on no problem. But once it's on it inside the case everything freezes just like before.

Obviously, The case is doing something to the phone. I don't know if it's constricting it in a certain way or what. But I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before.

Any Ideas?
