 |  TREO 700p crash and softreset - sprint Have never synced before to laptop. got all apps through beaming. Use goodlink for calendar/emails Tried to install ibm javasphere and started hotsync...palm crashed and did softreset. I would like to get it installed and have gmail installed after that. | The link is http://www.palm.com/us/support/jvm/download.html just in case you need to get it again. It should not crash, but you are stating it crashed during the sync? That indicates the DB cache was full at the time you started the sync process. How much free space do you have in the device's RAM? Ben
