    Has anyone else been unable to perform
    a Treo 700P HotSync
    to Microsoft Outlook 2007?
    Is there some incompatibility?
    If so, How does one overcom?

    What operating system are you using? are you using the outlook conduit? I know that the palm conduit sync gives you the option of choosing outlook or palm desktop to sync, hope this helps,

    After much investigation, I finally found a download at Treo that was necessary to overcome the incompatibility.
