 |  Treo 700p infected file? Help! I'm having problems with my phone. It won't ring and it won't let me answer incoming calls. We have done a hard reset and it started working, but as soon as I synced it started all over again. During incoming calls it has on the bottom right side of the screen a hand over a phone with a line through it. Do I have an infected file? How can I fix this problem? Thanks for your help! ER-RN |

| There are no virus animals running around for the Palm OS. When you back a device up that has a problem, hard reset the device and the restore it with the last backup made, you reinstall the problem. The solution: get together the latest updates of the files you use and reinstall them one-at-a-time, taking time whilst installing to determine if there are any problems. Ben
