    Default Treo 700p issues!!

hello, I have had my treo for almost a year and about a month ago it began operating on a mind of its own. it resets itself 6-10 times a day, no matter what I am doing with it. I have the sprint update and have done multiple factory resets hoping that would fix it but it hasn't. any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

When you do a hard reset, do you re-sync the device? If you do re-sync the device after a hard reset, you are installing your problem over again. The best thing to do is to execute a hard reset and run it a few days to ascertain if it is stable. Then one-at-a-time installations.

to answer your question no i didnt sync after the reset. i myself was under the impression that it might be a software issue so i left it alone after the reset. low and behold it was an hour before it power cycled again.....and again. i took it to the sprint store, they insisted on "factory" resetting it. so they took it for about an hour and said that it was good to go. that night....the same sh*t. i took it back and demanded a new phone. i tried to sweet talk my way into getting a Mogul but the best i could do was a 755. So we'll see what happens...
