Default Treo 700p sync error

Hi, I recently went off network (don't know if that is related to this) and lost all my synced email, calendar, and contacts. When I went to sync these items again, email and calendar came up. While uploading the contacts, I get the following error:

AIR SAMStateMachine.c

something something

and server status 5.

Can anyone help me?

The something something is important to jot down; then you can go to the Palm website and figure out what the problem is. I don't have the link, but a page on their site lists all the AirSam error messages and what they mean.

Problem 23271509 server status 5 is the error. I called my ISP and they said everything was ok on their end. Do you think a hard reset would be a good idea?

go the palm site and check out the problem code and see waht it is and what needs to be done if that does't work then get back to this forum for further help. If you end up having to do a hard reset be sure and do a backup first.
