Sorry Ben LOL. So far though, #4 has been OK. Started from scratch, re-loaded the software on my PC and everything. Started on the device with UM & Cleanup, and the only other things so far are Wireless Sync, Pocket Tunes update & Kinoma Player 4.1.2.

So far (fingers crossed), everything appears to be playing nicely!!

Excellent. This is also an excellent time to make sure you have the latest updates.

Did the Verizon Update(s), Kinoma 4.1.2, Pocket Tunes and Downloaded the latest "Signature Files". I can't seem to find and "update tab" for UM or Cleanup?? Is there a way to update these, and are there any other updates you'd recommend?

I'm on #4 as well, but this one's been very good so far. I think I got #4 in early January. That means I went through 3 700p's (Verizon) in 4 months.

Hollywood... didn't you say #2 only lasted a couple of hours? I think #3 of mine lasted less than 6 hrs.

Seems to be the "luck of the draw".#1). Brand new 700p: Memory failed after 48 hours. Replaced by Verizon with "Brand New" device.#2). Brand new 700p: This one lasted about 8 weeks. All during this period however, there were constant soft resets, screen freeze-ups, & all kinds of unstable behavior. Eventually it stopped connecting to Verizon. Soft reset, Hard reset, nothing helped. Replaced by Verizon with a "refurb". (Don't EVER accept one of these. You're just being given someone elses problems / malfunctioning device).#3). Refurb: Lasted three days before going into a fatal "reset loop". Replaced with Brand New 700p by Verizon.#4.) That brings us to device #4, which (so far - 4 days) has been behaving beautifully (fingers crossed - sorry Ben ha ha)."Hollywood"
