    Default Treo Newbie Needs Help

    Hello everyone i am new to this forum and the Treo before my Sprint 700p Treo I used a Verizon Moto Q (i also used everythingq forum i hope this will be as helpful as that was) after finally getting used to windows mobile i have switched and now need to figure out Palm OS here are my issues

    1) I would like the screen to stay on the phone not sure how to do this

    2) I used Zedge.net to get my ringtones on the Q i was hoping to do the same but i cannot get the sounds from ptunes to my ringtones

    I hope someone is wiser than i and can help me thank you for reading

    Backwards is fun. For pTunes, the files just gotta be on the card living in the /AUDIO folder. You just might though consider a card based ring-tone management application, a bit of a search here will produce some information
    On Number 1, there is a time-out setting available in the general preferences. However, an on-screen when the need is not there really is not going to help battery life. There are applications available that keep the screen active when it is plugged in for charging.

    Try StopDim from GoTreo Software. It will stop the screen from diming during calls and has a AutoOff Timeout option for up to 9 minutes.
