Default Treo won't boot

My Verizon Treo 700p just started showing the "Access Powered" screen for about 5 or 6 seconds, switching to the Palm screen sometimes then going off for a second before repeating the process.
I've tried reseting it, taking the battery out and synching it, but that won't even work because the phones not on.
Any idea what the deal is and how to fix it?
It started when I tried to save a picture a friend texted to me if that helps with any additional information.
