Unlock 700P - ?????

I think I may have goofed. I just bought a Verizon 700P off of ebay. But I am in Canada and have Bell Mobility. I confused a "clean ESN" with being "unlocked." Am I going to be able to activate my phone with Bell Mobility?

Verizon is CDMA, which cannot be unlocked. I don't know what Bell Mobility is, but you have a problem.

Will the seller take a return? You could see if Bell mobility will (can) activate it on their network, but I doubt it...

Bell Mobility runs on the CDMA network as well, so I am hoping that they can activate it. I have my fingers crossed.
