Upgrade from 650 - DUN question

I have the treo 650 bought through Costco. Total cost to upgrade to Treo700p is about 75 bucks.

I do use the 650 for occasional use as a modem to laptop on travel but do not abuse. Otherwise I seldom use or will use internet on phone. It seems that the 700p will not support this occasional user without big monthly fee for what I think is called Power Vision. Is this true? If so. it will not make sense to upgrade even for free.

Am I missing something?

P.S. Go ahead and abuse. "The Man" abuses us with his bill so why not get the most out of it????? Yes I said that folks. If you are unsure, read it again! If you do not check each item on your bill you are most likely being over charged each and every month. There is always something missing (a credit) or added (an undeserved service fee) to mine but a simple phone call to Sprint ALWAYS corrects the issue.
