Is there a guide for helpful hints with using the internet on the forum? I haven't found one on my own.

I had a really crappy data plan when I first purchased my Treo 18 months ago (4mb/month) and therefore didn't use the internet. I just got upgraded to 500mb/month and want to start using internet but I'm still concerned about my amount of useage and have some questions.

When I first click on the internet function it redraws my last page visited. It also shows the file size as it loads across the top of the screen. Is it redrawing from memory or is it automatically revisiting that last site?

Is there a function to set whether or not it loads pictures? I like to visit my daily newspaper site but it seems like a large page, likely due to pictures. I haven't been able to find anything on the newspaper's site that has a link specifically for mobile devices, so I was wondering if there is something I should be doing with my Treo's settings.

Any other pointers from other internet addicts out there? BTW I'm in Canada where coverage is expensive so I want to stay within my 500mb/month plan. Switching providers is also not an option at this time as I'm in the middle of a three year contract.
