Default Using Treo for mapping out driving?

Hey guys. I just received my 700p a couple days ago so I've got a million questions, but I'll spare you and limit it to this one for now.

I want to use my treo for finding my way to addresses. I work in construction and visit 3-4 homes a day. I usually have the homes' physical address and know pretty much every area of the city I live in, so I don't really care for a gps type of service. What I really need is to just be told that "such and such street is 400 north" and then I can find it from there. (I like finding my own route as long as I know the area that I need to end up in). Up till now, I've just used Mapquest and printed it out. Should I just use Mapquest on my browser, or are there better ways of doing this on the treo?

Thanks

As nice as google maps is my solution was to get a GPS receiver.
They cost between $40 and $100. I paid $55 for a generic one.
Then you can choose what ever map package you want Mapopolis, Tom Tom etc. The map packages cost between $70 and $150.
I use mapopolis because they let you try the software before you buy it, and there maps were a little more accurate than tom tom. It was also a lot less than tom tom. The verbal directions and automatic re routing are great when traveling in an unfamiliar part of town. The other nice thing about a gps receiver is that there is also mapping software available for hiking, boating, flying and golf. So far I have used the unit for driving and for hiking.

What would be great would be if the companies that make the software that provides verbal directions could soome how link there software to google maps.

This is where I got mine from

http://www.semsons.com/bluetgpsrec.html

They run specials all the time.
They have bluetooth and serial.

I went with mapopolis software because it was the only package I could find that worked with all the different types of receivers, bluetooth, serial etc. It was also the only software that you can try out before you buy. The service is great. They emailedme a map I needed on new years eve.

Here is alink for topo mapping info

Here is a link for general Palm gps info
