I support mobile devices and we are going crazy from a corporate standpoint. As of matter of fact we are moving everyone to Blackberry because of this device. All of sudden last month our IT dept started getting calls about these devices rebooting. I have 1 on my personal side with no 3rd party applications and it just did it for the first time tonight.
At first we though it was a Good issue but i think there is a flaw in the device software. I will be giving Palm a call tomorrow. We have loaded the latest firmware which was advised by Good but the problem still occurs. This is a mess.
