Versamail problems
Hi
Now and then, on Versamail, after deleting emails, and emptying the trash, the emails will show up again. As a fix, I would delete the email account, and re-add it and the problem is solved. (Yes, the delete on the server function is set).
Same thing happens today, and I delete the account, and attempt to re-add it. This time, however I get the following message:
"All accounts are in use. Deleted accounts can be re-used after performing a HotSync. Make sure the VersaMail conduit is turned on and not set to 'Do Nothing'."
When I got home, I successfully HotSynced, and tried again, getting the same message. My questions:
1. Where the heck is the VersaMail conduit that I need to check?
2. What is happening? Why can't I re-add my other email account. I've had two earthlink accounts in VersaMail since I got the phone in May of '07. WTF?
