TCPMP is the best software for viewing movies on the palm os. You can get it at
http://tcpmp.corecodec.org/. If you want more information, just check out that site or check out the free software portion of the everythingtreo site at
http://www.everythingtreo.com/option...76/Itemid,387/. You will have to download some codecs so that the Treo can play video and sound. I have the MP4, MPEG and AC-3 and AAC video codecs installed. The easiest way I've found to get DVD's onto my Treo is to download DVD Shrink 3.2 and the Videora iPod Video Converter (both free). I run the DVD through both of those (instructions online) and now I can play that video on either my iPod video or on my Treo. It works well. You can control the size of the file by setting the video resoultion. I get my movies down to about 750 megs. I have 1 and 2 GB SD cards, so I have movies and music on my 2 GB and all my program info and ringtones are on my 1 GB. Works great for me! You can also get a TON of information about getting movies on the Treo at this thread on everythingtreo:
http://www.everythingtreo.com/forum/...50-a-3745.html. That thread is for the Treo 650, but almost all of it works on the 700p as well. Have fun and good luck!
