Voicemail???????
Hi everyone I seem to be having a little bit of an issue with my Treo. My Treo is saying I have a voicemail even though my mailbox is empty, it shows the voicemail icon on the #1 button on the touch screen and and where it says voicemail underneath the buttons it also says i have 1 voicemail. Anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem any advice would be appreciated thanxx.

Hi:
If you are looking at what I think you are, the 1 you see is simply a visual reminder that you can press and hold the 1 key to dial your voicemail. It is called a Quick Key.
You can also set those up yourself for other customized favorite buttons, but you cannot delete the 1 as it is burned in and the #1 Quick Key cannot be assigned to any other keys either.

No, you can't remove it and leave the Voicemail button without the number 1. I don't even think you can remove (delete) that button However, what you could do is move that button below the viewable screen and create your own new button to your own liking.
While in the phone pad screen, press Menu > Edit favorite pages > Tap and hold the Voicemail button and drag it to an empty space below the first two rows. This takes it out of your phone pad view. Now tap on the newly empty space and under Label, type Voicemail, then enter your phone number in the Number space. If you don't want anything to appear next to your new Voicemail button then leave the Quick Key space blank. Select Done and you should now see the new Voicemail button with no 1 next to it.
The other way to hide it is while in the Phone Pad screen, press Menu > Options > General Preferences either deselect Show Favorites Buttons, which will show none or change the number of rows to 1 and you will only display Contacts and Call Log (could depend on the way your carrier set it up).
Lots of options......
