| Watching DVD's on your 700p Are there any programs that will allow you to do this, and which ones are the best?
Or is is better for audio/video quality to try and shrink a DVD using a computer program and then just play it through default programs.
Anyone have any good ideas or info????? |

| Check out this review of Core Player, written by Stillrockin. It also gives step-by-step by instructions on how to convert movies to a Treo-friendly format. It also mentions The Core Pocket Media Player (TCPMP), which is the freeware version of Core Player, and is available in the freeware section, and works well.

| Thankyou so much.....I got the program FairUse Wizard. This looks like it will work but I am running into a problem. I put the Batman Begins DVD in my drive, and as the program tried to read it, I got an error message that said there are is no VIDEO_TS files or something like that.
Now I do have DVDshrink, should I just try and recode the movie using this program and then use fairuse on the vdeo_ts folder that dvdshrink creates? |

| I've gotten that error message once or twice. In my experience, it has been one of two things: the DVD was copy-protected or I just needed to re-boot my notebook. For what it's worth, I just popped in the same movie to see if I could duplicate your problem and it's working as I type this. You may want to try re-starting your computer and see if that helps.
